Does eRenterPlan Insurance cover flood damage?

eRenterPlan Insurance does not cover water damage as a result of flood, which includes the accumulation of surface water in normally dry land areas, overflow of a body of water, or water below the surface of the ground.

eRenterPlan generally covers accidental discharge or overflow of water from within a plumbing, heating, air-conditioning or automatic fire-sprinkler system or from within a household appliance.

Direct loss by fire, explosion or theft resulting from a water damage is generally covered.

Please refer to your policy for further details regarding water damage.
