Does this policy cover my motorcycle in my garage?

Renter's Insurance is not designed to protect "Motor Vehicles" which includes automobiles, motorcycles, or motor scooters.   There is separate insurance available to protect these items.  Other items of personal property not included in the definition of motor vehicles are covered by eRenterPlan renters insurance.
