Monthly Payment Schedule:  Your first installment is due prior to the start of the policy and will be charged to your account on the day your policy enrollment is processed.  Your second installment is generally due 15 days after the policy start date and  subsequent payments are due on that same date each month.    For this reason most policyholders will be charged two times in the first month of their policy and then once per month for each month thereafter.

Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Schedule:  Quarterly, semi-annual and annual payments will be due 15 days prior to the  next policy segment.
