Am I locked-in to the eRenterPlan policy for any specific length of time?

No.  Even though we'd love to have you as a customer forever, you can cancel your policy at anytime and your will receive a refund of any un-earned premium.  Outside of any lease conditions your landlord may require for you to maintain insurance, you are under no obligation to maintain your policy.
